(City of) Cleveland AirBNBs face proposed regulations
2 City of Cleveland councilmen have proposed new legislation affecting AirBNB's located within city limits. The article I read (linked below) does not specify a timeline.
BUT...it has some "similar" aspects to the new Cleveland Resident 1st Initiative passed back in Feb, 2024.
This legislation will require a local agent in charge; require certain minimum liability insurance, yearly registration fee. It also limits how many there could be on a specific street and in a specific area.

Currently we do not manage AirBNB's. But we're sharing this info as we know this is a popular opportunity in the Cleveland area.
