Introduction and a list of our services
We are a husband & wife team. Dan is licensed in HVAC, pest control, and a licensed real estate agent. Karen is a licensed real estate broker. Property Management and auxiliary fields is our ONLY focus. We insist real estate agents keep the buy and sell transactions…guaranteed.
Our
specialty is focusing on distressed properties but we’re more than happy to
assist any investor. We’ve had great

If
your investors feel their rental rates are too low, or if tenants make partial
payments or are routinely late, we have processes to tackle these topics to maximize
the owner’s income. And the solution is
not always an eviction.
Are
your investors 100% occupied? We have a
solid track record of getting a unit occupied within about 30 days of being
rent ready (if priced right). We try to
push the envelope with respect to rental income. Certainly if rents are below market, we have
ways we can increase legacy tenants ad pursue higher rents for vacant units..
I
know some investors feel their property management firm has forgotten about
them. Are they being overcharged and while
management under performs? Are investors
getting the value they deserve with all the fees they get charged? Our management fee and lease up fee has been
known to cover more services than some of our competitors.
We
would love the opportunity to talk with you and/or your owners. If you have some time, allow my husband &
I take you to lunch to discuss our services in person. And again, as much as we are licensed real
estate agents, our focus is 100% on property management. We are not looking to encroach on real estate
agent’s business,
