We are a family owned property management company.  Karen has her MBA and has 20+ yrs accounting experience.  She's also an Ohio licensed real estate broker.  Danny is an Ohio licensed real estate sales agent and licensed in HVAC and pest control. Currently we manage residential properties...single family homes, duplexes, and multiplexes. We're looking to expand our services to include HOAs and COAs There is no minimum # of units required.  For larger properties, we can establish office hours. Our services automatically include bookkeeping with no additional fees.  We provide monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end reports; and this also includes a comparison to budgeted figures.  We can assist with operating and cap ex budgeting.  We can commit to at least being present at a meeting 1x/quarter and for special meetings as needed. We're looking to expand our services to include mobile home parks. There is no minimum # of lots required and we can maintain office hours on site for larger parks. Rent collection, tenant relations, leasing, maintenance.  Our services can be a la cart OR all inclusive. If you have residents in arrears, we have a few methods to try to collect those amounts.
