A La Carte Services

We can provide a la cart services to investors / property owners. >>Just needing a unit leased up?  As long as there's a minimum $1200 rental income, we can accommodate. >>Need someone to post a 3 day & appear in court for the 1st cause?  I can provide that service as well. >>Inspection (POS, city, etc), water leak detection, or appraisal walk thru?  I can coordinate that. >>Did the tenant move out but left trash behind, a massive clean up, floors and walls that make you cringe?  We can tackle those jobs. There are other options as well and I'm more than happy to have that conversation with you. --The only exception is maintenance services...we are committed 200% to our owners who utilize ALL of our services (mgmt and leasing up vacants).  Any maintenance in an a la carte situation must be over $1200.  Our 1st priority is our current owners.
